The VIP coach l'Histoire is an old-timer with a rich history. l'Histoire was the super VIP coach of 1960. This coach was ahead of one's time. The interior of the coach consisted of luxury leather-covered armchairs, had a wardrobe and a small pantry.

Multiple award winner

The unique VIP coach l'Histoire was awarded as Coach of the Year at international Concours d'Elegance in Nice, Brighton and Noordwijk. During the 25th wedding anniversary, May 2nd 1962, of Queen Juliana and Prince Bernard, the VIP l'Histoire was used as a royal bus for transport to the Keukenhof. A unique event that made the world press multiple times and extensively. The Beuk emblem, which was printed on the armchairs of this Scania Vabis coach in 1960, was again applied to the leather upholstery of the VIP l'Histoire after the 2005 restoration.

In the seats on the left are Prince Bertil of Sweden, Prince Jean of Luxembourg and his wife Princess Josephine-Charlotte.
